How We Got Here
We built the care we wished our own parents had.
For more than three years, we cared for our own mother through a serious health journey that changed life for our entire family.
And like many families going through this phase, we suddenly found ourselves trying to manage everything at once; appointments, rehabilitation, daily coordination, emotional stress, routines, and the constant question in the back of your mind...
“Are we really doing enough?”
One of the hardest parts was finding people we could truly trust with someone we loved so deeply.
Not someone simply "showing up for work." Someone who could walk into your mother's room and make her feel like she still mattered — deeply, fully, as a person.
That realization stayed with us. And so, Adiva Care was born.
The name "Adiva" means noble and dignified — as caregivers, we wanted to show up with nobility, and give our mother the dignity she deserved. And we believe that every person aging at home deserves exactly that. Not occasionally. Every single day.
Those same values guide every caregiver we work with: empathy, patience, dignity, and emotional understanding.
